Street Cleaning – Operational Site Cleaning
For daily operations involving the cleaning of streets, squares, and city centers, Augustin Entsorgung has several individually deployable specialized vehicles.
Large Suction Sweeper
The large suction sweeper collects on one side, meaning a disc brush on the right side in the direction of travel loosens dirt on the road surface / gutter, and it is then transported into the dirt container via the suction funnel with the help of a turbine. To support the area cleaning of the road under the sweeper, the roller brush can also be engaged. Large suction sweeper collecting on both sides: The principle corresponds to the processes described above, but it is additionally possible to clean the roadside on the left side in the direction of travel. This offers significant advantages when cleaning one-way streets or structurally separated lanes such as motorways or expressways.
Small Sweeper
The small sweeper completes the range. It is used for cleaning pedestrian and bicycle paths, pedestrian zones, multi-story car parks, industrial halls, parking lots, etc. All sweepers can clean with or without water addition. The addition of water via spray nozzles prevents unpleasant dust development. Depending on the surface condition, various different radial brush configurations can be selected, ranging from plastic fibers for soft surfaces to hard wire bristles for weed removal. The vehicles’ dirt container has a capacity of up to 6 cbm, allowing for problem-free cleaning of larger routes / areas in one go without time-consuming disposal trips.
