Oil and Petrol Separators – Chemical-Physical Treatment Plant

Professional treatment of oil separator and petrol separator contents
The use of oil and petrol separators generates wastewater and residues that may be contaminated with oils, fuels, sand, and other solid materials. Such mixtures commonly arise in commercial and industrial settings, for example at car washes, workshops, or similar businesses.
Since this wastewater must not be returned to the regular water cycle untreated, professional treatment is required. The goal is to separate the water from solid components as well as oil- and petrol-containing contaminants.
Purification is carried out through chemical-physical treatment, including at our facilities in Bremen. There, the contained substances are separated from one another and further processed according to their composition.
After treatment, the purified water can be fed into the regular sewage treatment process and reused. The separated oil-containing components, as well as oil-contaminated sand, are then safely disposed of at a hazardous waste incineration facility.
